Terms and conditions

General terms for rivoluzionif services: quotes, payments, timelines, intellectual property, warranties and liability.

Last updated: 7 November 2026

These general terms govern the services offered under the rivoluzionif brand by Rivoluzionif S.r.l. ("rivoluzionif" or the "Provider") to businesses, professionals and organisations (the "Client"). Services are intended for parties acting in the course of their business or profession.

1. Quotes and contract formation

Prices published on the site exclude VAT and are an invitation to treat. The contract is formed when the Client accepts the quote in writing (including by email or WhatsApp) and pays the deposit. Quotes are valid for 30 days and describe exhaustively the included activities: whatever is not written is not included and may be quoted separately.

2. Payments

Projects up to €1,000: full payment on order. Larger projects: 50% on order and 50% on delivery, before going live or releasing to production, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring services: monthly payment in advance. Late payments accrue statutory interest under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002 and the Provider may suspend services after notice.

3. Delivery times

Timelines run from receipt of the deposit and of all required materials and access (copy, images, credentials, approvals). Client delays in providing materials or approvals extend timelines proportionally. The Provider promptly communicates any impediment.

4. Client obligations

The Client warrants it holds the rights to the materials supplied (copy, images, trademarks, data) and indemnifies the Provider against third-party claims. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of legal, commercial and tax information published on its channels and for compliance with the regulations applicable to its business.

5. Revisions and approval

Design is submitted for Client approval before development, with reasonable revisions until approval. Changes requested after approval that alter the agreed scope are quoted separately. Failure to respond to an approval request for 15 days allows the Provider to deem the phase approved.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the Client acquires ownership of the custom-developed source code, the content produced and the related usage rights. Licences for third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts and services remain with their respective owners, subject to their terms. The Provider may reference the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Warranty

The Provider warrants free correction of defects in the code it developed for the period stated in the quote (minimum 30 days from delivery). Malfunctions caused by third-party changes, updates to external platforms, hosting not managed by the Provider or improper use are excluded.

8. Advertising and marketing services

Ad accounts are held in the Client's name and the Client pays ad budgets directly to the platforms. The Provider does not guarantee specific results (rankings, sales, acquisition costs), which depend on external factors, but undertakes to act with professional diligence and to report periodically.

9. Recurring services and termination

Monthly services (maintenance, campaign management, SEO, social media) run month to month with tacit renewal; either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. On termination the Provider hands over backups and access. For one-off projects, Client withdrawal after kick-off entails payment for work performed to date and in any case no less than the deposit.

10. Limitation of liability

Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service giving rise to the damage in the previous 12 months. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data not attributable to its fault, nor for unavailability of third-party services.

11. Confidentiality and personal data

The parties undertake to keep exchanged information confidential. Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy policy; where the Provider processes data on behalf of the Client, the parties sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. The Courts of Pisa, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the Client qualifies as a consumer, in which case mandatory consumer-protection rules apply.
